The regions major up-scale shopping venue, MacArthur Center is 20 minutes from the oceanfront in downtown Norfolk. Across the Boulevard from the Town Center area, Pembroke Mall was the original shopping mall at the beach. Through the years it has kept its standing with the locals because of it's convenience and continuing revitalization. Eateries include Big Island Smoothie Cafe, Macaroni Grill, Nestle Toll House Cafe, Roman Delight Pizza and Subway.

The Shops at Hilltop

Five minutes from the oceanfront, HIlltop East, North and West are so convenient for guests staying on the strip.
